Which cards are available?
Trust Wallet Card currently offers three card options: White, Metal, and Platinum. Each card has its own design, requirements, and benefits.
What is required to get the Platinum Card?
The Platinum Card requires a balance of $30,000 or more in your connected wallet.
What is the Platinum Card?
The Platinum Card is our premium card tier, designed for users who maintain a balance of $30,000 or more. It includes a premium metallic design, IBAN transfers, priority 24/7 support, and a 2x rewards multiplier.
Card Management
How do I choose a card?
Open the card selection window, choose White, Metal, or Platinum, and click Continue. The selected card will be used for the next step of the card setup process.
Can I choose a different card?
Yes. Return to the card selection step and choose the card that best matches your requirements and available balance.
How do I activate my card?
After selecting your card, follow the instructions shown in the card setup flow to complete activation.
What happens if I don't meet the Platinum requirement?
The Platinum Card requires a minimum balance of $30,000 in your connected wallet. If your balance does not meet this requirement, select another available card or increase your connected wallet balance.

What are the requirements for the Platinum Card?
The Platinum Card requires a balance of $30,000 or more in your connected wallet.
What benefits does the Platinum Card include?
Platinum includes a premium metallic design, direct transfers to bank accounts via IBAN, priority 24/7 support, and a 2x rewards multiplier.
Can I send funds to a bank account with the Platinum Card?
Yes. Platinum cardholders can send funds directly to bank accounts using IBAN transfers.
What does the 2x Rewards Multiplier mean?
Platinum cardholders receive a 2x rewards multiplier on eligible rewards according to the applicable rewards terms.
White Card
What is the White Card?
White is the entry-level card option designed for everyday crypto spending. Select White during the card selection process to continue with this card.
Metal Card
What is the Metal Card?
Metal is a premium physical card option with a metallic design. It requires holding $20,000 or more in your portfolio. Select Metal during the card selection process to review its requirements and continue with the card setup.
Rewards & Benefits
How does the rewards program work?
Eligible card purchases may qualify for crypto rewards according to the current rewards terms. Available rewards and applicable conditions may vary depending on the card tier.
Does Platinum have enhanced rewards?
Yes. Platinum includes a 2x rewards multiplier on eligible rewards.
IBAN Transfers
What are IBAN transfers?
IBAN transfers allow eligible Platinum cardholders to send funds directly to bank accounts using an IBAN.
Who can use IBAN transfers?
IBAN transfers are available with the Platinum Card.
Do I need a Platinum Card for IBAN transfers?
Yes. Direct bank transfers via IBAN are a Platinum Card benefit.
Security
Is my crypto safe?
Your cryptocurrency remains in your connected wallet. Card transactions use the amount required to complete the applicable transaction.
